By using Sammen, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's okay—but you won't be able to use our service.
Sammen is a platform for planning and organizing gatherings. We provide the tools; you create the moments.
You own your content. By using Sammen, you give us permission to display and distribute your events to the people you invite. We'll never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Sammen offers a generous free plan for personal use. Free accounts may be limited to a reasonable number of hosted events per year. For unlimited events and additional features, we'll soon offer Sammen+ at an affordable monthly price (approximately €1-2/month).
We strive for 100% uptime but can't guarantee it. Sometimes we need to perform maintenance or updates. We'll try to minimize disruption when we do.
Sammen is provided "as is." We're not responsible for events organized through our platform or interactions between users. Please use good judgment when meeting people.
We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of Sammen after changes means you accept the new terms.
You can delete your account anytime. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, in honor of the Danish concept of 'hygge' that inspired Sammen.
